Dorset Wedding Photography Services and Prices

Unobtrusive, high quality documentary photography

Prices start at just £650 £495 for a four hour wedding

All weddings are different so costs can vary. I.e., I have shot a two person, 1 hour wedding in a cave in Mijas, Spain where myself and the vicar were signatories. The four of us attended the wedding breakfast in a bar across the road!

Then, I have shot a 350+ person wedding at the Park Lane Hotel in London where I attended for about 13 hours. Taking into account the time spent and number of photos taken and edited, the price obviously varies significantly. Let's chat to discuss your day but please note that we have a special offer at the moment for weddings in 2022.

Whatever the length of your wedding and regardless of whether you include an engagement shoot or not, I will give the same level of attention and professionalism to every wedding I shoot.

Special Offer for 2022 Weddings!

Things are tough for everyone this year. No-one escapes inflation along with rising living costs. Therefore, until things settle down, I am not only reducing my prices for weddings booked this year, I am also including some free goodies...

Example price for an all day wedding INCLUDING SPECIAL 2022 OFFER £1695 £1495

Typically I would be at the wedding from the bride and groom getting ready through to the first dance. In all reality, I tend to stay a little longer to get some fun shots as the party kicks into gear. Let's use this as an example of what you would get.

  • Pre wedding consultation
  • Reccie visit and/or attendance at the rehearsal (if possible)
  • All day coverage from getting ready to first dance
  • 600+ photos
  • All images in colour AND black and white
  • All high res digital images on a memory stick
  • 6" x 4" prints (30) in a stylish box with memory stick
  • Online gallery
  • Slideshow movie with music
  • Blog entry with highlights of the day to share on social media and loved ones
  • Special Offer 2022: Free Aerial Photography worth £250*
  • Special Offer 2022: Free video of speeches in 4K worth £200**

* Weather permitting and subject to venue approval ** Two static cameras with audio and full edit

Special Offer 1: Free Aerial Dorset Wedding Photography

I've been a fully licensed and professional drone operator since 2015. Being able to capture images from up to 400 feet opened up a whole new world of photography for me. Weather and permission permitting, I will include some aerial photos of your big day whenever possible. These will really add some pizazz to your album. Note: Includes all necessary paperwork, insurances, risk assessments and safety checks. Please let your guests know there will be a drone flying on the day.

Special Offer 2: Free Filming of the Speeches

Over the years I have seen, heard and recorded so many speeches. Some have brought tears to my eyes and other have had me in fits of laughter. If you are not having your wedding filmed, it is a travesty not to record these epic moments. For weddings booked in 2022, I will professionally film the speeches using two cameras (as well as shooting stills) but only if you do not already have a videographer present. This video will then be edited professionally for you to keep forever!

Optional Extras

From £495

With a huge range of books available, I recommend that you wait until you see the images before deciding. That way you can match the style, colours and design of the book to the photos from the day.

From £1495

Photography is my job but I also shoot professional video. If you need just video and no stills, I can do that. If you need stills and video, I am partnered with another creative Dorset based wedding videographer.

£200 (local/2hrs)

Let's choose one of your favourite spots and spend a couple of hours playing. This allows us to get to know each other and gives you some beautiful photos to use for invitations etc.

What Next?

In the first instance, please either email or call me to discuss your wedding in more detail. Then I recommend that we meet either at your home, mine or the venue itself to go through the finer details. I am a stickler for organised preparation : )
